* We deliver anywhere in Australia (delivery charge $12.95, items sent via Registered Post or courier). NOTE: BRISBANE customers can now collect goods from Wellington Point by appointment to save postage charge. Contact us before ordering so we can arrange!

* We also deliver worldwide. Please email your order first, so delivery charges can be calculated. I wil email you back with delivery charges before invoicing.

* All parcels are professionally packaged, however in the unlikely event of any breakage during transit, please email us immediately with pictures of damage. I will re-send replacement items.

* If you are also wanting to purchase lanterns from our other store www.lanternshop.com.au please email me the details of your order request and I will combine the order and shipping in one invoice so you only pay 1 delivery charge.
